• Products can be returned **only if unopened or opened but not used.
• Customers must record an unboxing video showing the issue clearly (e.g., wrong product, damaged item, etc.).
• After reviewing the video and receiving the return, we will verify that the product was not used and matches the return claim.

We accept returns if:

• Once the return is verified, we will fully refund your payment to your provided bank account.
